The first apprenticeship at Marshalls started in 1920 and the current scheme is specifically design for the development of young people (male and female) who aspire to work at Marshall Aerospace in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul production, manufacturing or aircraft design teams. The programme is built to a Marshall Aerospace design and incorporates BTEC and NVQ level 3 qualifications. The apprenticeship is primarily vocational based, with and emphasis placed on hand skills, safe working practices and technical knowledge.
All of the training is based at Cambridge Airport. The BTEC is delivered in conjunction with local FE Colleges and supplied with in house training in our dedicated workshop and classroom facilities. This knowledge is put into practice following an NVQ development programme and personal record of achievement (Personal Experience Record) via ‘on the job’ training.
Applicants must have the right to work in UK to apply.
