Adult re training

The adult re training programme is available to mature students who have previous work experience and skills from other industries, who wish to convert to a career in the aerospace sector. This programme offers employed status from the beginning and applicants must have the right to work in the UK to participate.

The course seeks to mould the pre existing skills to meet the needs of an MRO environment, introduces the practices associated with safe working in an aircraft maintenance organisation.

All of the training is based at Cambridge Airport, the foundation training is delivered in our dedicated workshop and classroom facilities; this knowledge is put into practice via ‘on the job’ training.
