An Apprentice Training Provider

Apprenticeships

The first apprenticeship at Marshalls started in 1920 and the current scheme is specifically design for the development of young people (male and female) who aspire to work at Marshall Aerospace in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul production, manufacturing or aircraft design teams.

In partnership with Kingston University, AeroAcademy provides a Foundation Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
